Shipping policy
At NEJVAR CLUB, we handle every order with care and aim to deliver it quickly, safely, and transparently.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, peak periods (sales, holidays), or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €130 (Mainland France and DROM-COM only).

5. Order Tracking

6. Delays and Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nejvarclub.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated, providing assistance until the issue is resolved. If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the product price only, subject to verification. Shipping costs are not refundable.
7. International Shipping
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we will provide all necessary documentation to assist with customs procedures and help track your shipment.
