Return & Refund Policy

All our products are made to order. This allows us to reduce overproduction and minimize our environmental impact.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with applicable legal guarantees (legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects), you are entitled to a remedy if the product received is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to your order.

If this applies, please contact us at info@nejvarclub.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To request a refund, please provide the following within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order by contacting info@nejvarclub.com :

  • Photos of the item (clearly showing the issue and label)
  • Your order number
  • A copy of your invoice

We will review your request and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the item before processing your refund. In such cases, we will provide instructions.

 

Refund Process

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that you check the condition of your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nejvarclub.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your request is approved, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item.
